Our paste is made exclusively from Cacao seeds of heirloom trees in remote food forests across three stunning regions of Ecuador: Manabí, Esmeraldas, and Carchi. By partnering with three local farms, we help protect biodiversity and preserve ancient Cacao varieties unique to each region. Our Cacao belongs to the legendary “Nacional” sub variety “Fino y de Aroma” category; the rarest and most exquisite variety of Cacao in the world, globally celebrated for its exceptional aroma, flavour profile and powerful medicinal properties. CacaoAmor is from the oldest genetic lineage, the original source from which all other Cacao varieties come.
